Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including customized or made-to-order products, items that have been damaged due to misuse, and clearance or final sale items. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and will be issued to your original payment method.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
